I am a Legal Executive and Office Manager at HOMS Assist. I joined the firm in 2002.
With nearly forty years of experience in dealing with insurance and personal injury claims, I have a particular interest in private client litigation. Prior to joining the firm, I worked for over twenty years in a large insurance company handling claims.
My role as Office Manager is varied – I am Robert Bourke’s personal assistant, I manage the day to day running of the department and everything in between!
I am passionate about putting our clients first and learning from them to continuously improve our service. I meet our satisfied clients when their matter is finished to obtain their views and feedback on our service. To this end, I have completed “Work Smart” courses and most recently a “Lean” project-based course which focuses on making processes more efficient for the client and the office. I also manage the court lists for all personal injury actions to ensure a well prepared and responsive service to clients in all actions.
In 2018 I took part in “Strictly Legal” on behalf of the Limerick Solicitors Bar Association to raise money for local charities. I now take dance classes 2 nights a week just to keep me on my toes!
