I am a Solicitor at HOMS Assist and joined the firm in 2004.
Specialising in personal injury cases, representing clients in the Circuit Court and High Court and dealing with Personal Injuries Assessment Board cases. I have a particular passion for securing the best outcomes for people with medical negligence cases, having a specialist diploma in healthcare law. Experienced and active in securing assistance for recovery for clients, I pursue fairness in all personal injury claims, including road traffic accidents, serious injury claims, medical negligence, product liability, catastrophic injury, accidents abroad, employer liability, and public liability claims.
I assist clients who have suffered injury and loss due to an accident or medical negligence. I listen carefully to the account of events to provide my clients with practical and impartial advice. Many of the clients I have acted for have sustained serious and, in some cases, life-altering injuries. I have achieved successful outcomes in numerous cases that have made an enormous difference in my clients’ and their families’ quality of life. I am aided by my secretary, Jessica, who provides outstanding professional service.
I enjoy socialising, relaxing with friends and travelling to and experiencing different areas of the world.
