Trevor Hosey

A Legal Executive with HOMS Assist, I’m primarily based in our Cork office, where I provide professional and supportive services to my colleagues and our clients.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Legal Studies and Business from the Waterford Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property and Electronic Law from the University College Cork.

I enjoyed studying law immensely so a career in the field was a natural step for me. Since graduating, I’ve gained several years of experience in both civil litigation and conveyancing. Having regularly attended various courts physically and remotely, I have a particular interest in civil law practice and procedure.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is exceeding our clients’ expectations, particularly in challenging circumstances. While every case is unique, our approach is not: we are dedicated to providing valuable assistance and vital support to every client, in every instance.

In my personal time, I love learning, gaining new experiences and developing both existing and new skills.  I also enjoy sport in its many forms, whether as a participant or a spectator.
