I am an enthusiastic Solicitor at HOMS Assist, having joined the firm in 2019 with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Masters (LLM General) from the University of Limerick.
I am primarily involved in personal injury claims and medical negligence with a particular focus on cosmetic surgery negligence claims. I have successfully concluded a range of cases arising from the full range of cosmetic surgery procedures and treatments.
I also have a specialised interest in probate litigation and disputes arising from the administration of estate and act in both bringing and defending probate claims and in inheritance disputes. I provide advice on all matters relating to inheritance, including in relation to whether you have been adequately provided for under the will or if you would like to contest a will. If you are a beneficiary and would like advice on the validity of a will or if you are an executor and are faced with a claim against an estate, I can provide expert assistance.
