Olga Sandys is a dedicated solicitor in the Probate and Wills Department at HOMS Assist, where she provides expert guidance and support to clients navigating the complexities of probate, wills, and estate planning.
Olga began her academic journey at the National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG), earning a degree in Corporate Law (inclusive of the LLB) and International French. Graduating with First Class Honours in 2020 and securing third place in her course, she demonstrated her commitment to excellence from the outset.
In 2022, Olga joined HOMS Assist as a legal intern, gaining invaluable experience. This role allowed her to build a strong foundation in legal practice and develop practical insights into the profession.
Following the completion of her training contract with HOMS Assist, Olga was admitted to the Law Society of Ireland in early 2026. Since then, she has played a pivotal role in the Probate and Wills Department, offering a wide range of services, including the drafting of wills, extraction of Grants of Probate, administration of estates, and probate purchases.
Olga’s expertise extends to Enduring Powers of Attorney and Decision Making Representative Order applications, ensuring her clients receive comprehensive legal support tailored to their unique needs. Her professional and empathetic approach, combined with her ability to communicate with ease, has earned her a reputation for forming strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
