Marie Moloney is an accomplished solicitor with extensive expertise in Plaintiff Litigation, specialising in personal injury and medical negligence cases. After earning her Postgraduate Degree in Law from TU Dublin, she advanced her legal training in London, representing a Local Authority in Landlord and Tenant Law. Returning to Ireland in 2019, Marie honed her skills in family law, child law, and debt recovery during her training contract.
Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2021, Marie has worked on complex medical negligence cases, including cancer misdiagnosis, birth injuries, and surgical errors. Her experience in both Plaintiff and Defence Litigation, gained through roles in Tipperary and Dublin, has provided her with a well-rounded perspective, solidifying her passion for advocating on behalf of Plaintiffs.
Now at HOMS Assist, Marie delivers compassionate and expert legal support to clients in personal injury and medical negligence cases. Outside of her legal career, she enjoys tennis, GAA, theatre, and travel.
