I am a Partner at HOMS Assist specialising in personal injury with particular emphasis on industrial accidents and diseases. Obtaining a science degree, before studying law at the University of Limerick, places me in an excellent position to understand industry-related cases.
Having over ten years of experience in litigation, I have a reputation for taking on the tough cases and winning them. I have successfully represented clients in fatal and catastrophic injury cases from industrial accidents, industrial diseases and medical negligence.
I have special expertise in asbestos-related disease and traumatic brain injury cases as a result of industrial accidents. At all times I strive to ensure employees injured at work due to employers’ negligence achieve fairness through optimum assistance in living their best life.
I am currently learning Polish in order to provide my clients within the Polish community a more personal service with real added value.
Outside of the office and courts, I love spending time with my family, supporting local charities and attending hurling and rugby matches. I am an avid Crossfit competitor.

Unfortunately, the deceased was not wearing his bicycle helmet which was provided by An Post and a witness to the accident claimed there was nothing the driver could have done to avoid the collision. HOMS Assist fought tooth and nail for Tanya and her twins in securing a settlement. Read more here.
