Sharing Medical Negligence Knowledge at Leading Claims Conference

Rachael O’Shaughnessy, Solicitor, and Piarais Neary, Partner, at HOMS Assist were delighted to take part in the recent CMG Claims Management Conference 2021 on 9th September 2021. 

They shared their knowledge about access to justice of a spouse in a medical negligence claim in light of the recent High Court and Supreme Court decisions of Ruth Morrissey and Paul Morrissey v the HSE, Quest Diagnostics Incorporated and MedLab Pathology Ltd.
