I am a Solicitor at HOMS Assist and joined the firm in 2016.
I specialise in all areas of personal injuries litigation, representing clients with serious injury claims, in District, Circuit and High Court matters, arising from medical negligence, road traffic accidents, public liability, product liability and employers’ liability.
My work is very client-focused and my main priority in every case is to achieve the best possible result for each client, taking the pressure of the Irish legal process from their shoulders and allowing them to get on with their lives after suffering a devastating injury. I strive to alleviate as much stress as possible from what is already an unfamiliar and difficult situation for them to be in. I give clients clear, concise advice, with the hope of making the process as easy and accessible as possible. I assist clients with Injuries Board (PIAB) applications right up to preparation for Trial.
Originally from Waterford, I ventured out of the “sunny” South-East and I have had the pleasure of working with both the HOMS Assist Limerick and Dublin teams and I am now primarily based in our Dublin Office. Outside of the working day, I have a keen interest in running and all things fitness.
