Jackie Coffey

I am a Legal Executive at HOMS Assist and I joined the firm in 2014. I worked for 14 years previously with a leading insurance company on the road, handling claims from “cradle to grave”. I gained 7 extensive years of experience working within the motor insurance industry and first-hand knowledge of dealing with insurance companies and understanding the whole experience from a customer’s point of view.

I specialise in all types of motor damage claims. We are the first point of contact for the client so our job is to put the client at ease. Where required, we organise car hire for the client.  At the client's request, we arrange an assessor to assess their vehicle and provide us with an estimate from a garage of their choosing. On receipt of the assessor report we contact the client, go through the report and once satisfied we forward the report to the insurance company. Thereafter we deal with the insurance company directly to achieve the best possible result for the client and aim to leave the stress and hassle-free.

The part I enjoy the most is when a customer rings back and informs us that they are delighted with their settlement and thank us for making it a stress-free and successful process. Even better when they refer to a friend because of the settlement you have achieved for them. The referral is always a good sign that they truly were happy with their settlement.

She was lovely to talk to, very down to earth if I needed to I would ask for Jackie.

She did what she said she would do and was always available to speak with me, my expectations were exceeded and I am very thankful to her.
